Meet Our Team

Clear Path Care Ltd was founded by Rebecca Cowley and Lynsey Rooker in November 2022.  Lynsey and Becky came together with the same vision of wanting to support young people who, through no fault of their own, are unable to live with family or friends. Their mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in need of residential care, therapeutic support, and educational programs. Our team of dedicated professionals brings years of experience and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the children at Willow House. We believe in creating a supportive and empowering environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. One common theme about us is that family means everything, in our own homes and Willow House.
